The elevation data used for the map were obtained from the Geoportale Piemonte, the regional geographic information portal of Piedmont. The dataset is derived from the RIPRESA AEREA ICE 2009–2011 aerial survey and its associated LiDAR-based digital terrain model (DTM). The source dataset is provided as a GeoTIFF raster with a spatial resolution of 5 metres. Tile 192 was selected from the source dataset and cropped to the geographic extent of the study area. Anomalous elevation values were identified and corrected based on the surrounding data.
